With its 512 meters, Tibidabo is the highest mountain of surrounding Barcelona city. Known for its spectacular views over the city, is a protected area of great ecological value (Collserola parc), alongside a fabulous space to wander through the woods or go jogging. The Tibidabo is also known as the "magic" mountain, due on its top there is a great amusement park to the delight of all children and adults.
Other interesting buildings on top of Tibidabo: Sacred Heart temple, the pavilion of Ràdio Barcelona, Fabra Astronomical Observatory, or Collserola communications tower, among others.
The ascent to Tibidabo can be done from the top of the city in two nice stages, one with the famous Blue Tram Tibidabo (Tramvia Blau) , and then with a funicular.
